Welcome to my Pilates for Beginners Course!


This course is perfect for you if you're new to Pilates, or need a refresher on safe & effective technique. As a physio, I love helping my clients exercise safely, build strength, improve flexibility, and reduce aches and pains. In this course I take you through 4 sessions, with a specific focus on each part of our body, as well as 2 full body Pilates sessions. You can complete the sessions as many times as you like over the 1 month period you will have access to this course for.
